Ep. 47: Exploring The Lover Frequency

What does it mean to be a Lover? When you hear “Lover,” what comes up for you? Is it romantic love with another? Is it loving yourself? What does it actually mean? Let’s explore The Lover Frequency as outlined on InnerSpark’s Wheel of Frequency and how and why to work with this aspect of yourself for passion, creativity, and joy!

In the Northern Hemisphere, we’re currently in The Lover Frequency on InnerSpark’s Wheel of Frequencies.

While these archetypal energies are living through us on a daily basis, regardless of the actual external season, during their corresponding seasons we’re offered a more profound opportunity to work with and learn from them.

The Lover invites us into our totality through the process of integrating seemingly polar opposites. The Lover invites us into our sensuality, into a deeper, more respectful relationship with our physicality, and asks that we see our bodies as pathways towards The Divine.

Call upon The Lover in times of relating with others and self, alchemy, self-love journeys, releasing and healing sexual shame and trauma, creating new ways of living/loving/being/doing in the world, and more.
